Help Share the Future of Avoca Schools
Avoca schools need the community’s help! Aging buildings, limited funding, and the changing needs of students today are all challenges that need to be addressed. It is essential to know what our community members think about how District 37 can best address these challenges and provide quality learning opportunities and environments now and in the future. We encourage your participation and feedback at any of our upcoming open houses. Bring a family member and/or a neighbor (especially ones without students in the district) and we hope to see you there!
2023-2024 School/Instructional Fees
The collection of instructional fees each year covers expenses such as textbooks, workbooks, online resources, laptops, iPads, Promethean Boards, and much more. If you have not done so already, please make a payment based on your child(ren)'s grade:
Kindergarten: $380
Grades 1-4: $425
Grades 5-8: $440
You can pay online at the Avoca Webstore (3.56% processing fee), cash, or via check payable to Avoca School District 37 (include in the memo the fees for which you are paying). You can drop off payment to your school front office or mail it to the Business Office located at Marie Murphy School, 2921 Illinois Road, Wilmette, IL 60091. Questions? Marie Murphy 8th Grade Car Wash
Join us this Saturday, September 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Marie Murphy parking lot!
The proceeds collected will be used towards the 2024 Graduation class gift to Marie Murphy School and to support year-end festivities.
- All 8th graders will need to sign up for a 2-hour shift for the day of the car wash. Sign Up Here

- The 8th graders will also receive a t-shirt. Please fill out this form to get the correct size.

2023-2024 PTC Membership Dues
Unlock the exclusive benefits and privileges offered by the PTC by paying your membership dues today! Most popular is access to the district families directory, which is a great tool for connecting with other parents when it comes to setting up playdates or sending birthday invitations! Your dues also help fund the different community-building events we host, such as the Ice Cream Social or Movie Night!
