Returning Student Registration Due May 30
The deadline for registration for returning students is May 30, 2024. Each student has received a personalized email containing a unique "snapcode." If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact [email protected].
Pre-K students at Avoca Community Preschool will not receive a link to return student registration. If your child is moving on to kindergarten at Avoca West, you will be provided with a new student registration link after all required pre-registration documents have been submitted.
Pay Your Marie Murphy Room Fees Online
It's that time of the year! We are preparing our end-of-the-year thank-you gifts for our teachers, staff, bus drivers, and facilities staff. We are doing our final collection of funds for 2023-24. We plan to give a $10 gift card + sweet treat + personalized card to 75 staff on behalf of ALL MM students and families! We suggest a $25 annual donation for each child you have at Marie Murphy. Volunteers Still Needed for Avoca West Field Day on May 24
We need one volunteer in the morning and one in the afternoon to help organize and monitor the various activities, games, and races that the teachers and administration have set up. Parents should arrive at Avoca West on May 24 by 8:45 a.m. for the morning slot and 12:15 p.m. for the afternoon slot. Please contact Mr. Wattenbarger at [email protected] to sign up.

Marie Murphy End of Year Party
Help the 6th and 7th graders celebrate the end of the school year on June 6th! We need parent volunteers from 11:15-3:15 to help the teachers support the end-of-year party activities, serve lunch, and help clean up. We also need donations for snacks for the kids. Camp Galileo
Summer is right around the corner! We know many families are still looking to fill gaps in their summer schedules—here's a quick reminder why Camp Galileo is an awesome choice:

The Avoca West School Supplies ordering site is open! Marie Murphy's shop will open today or tomorrow, so please check back.
SHOP NOW for your 2024-25 school supplies. Avoid the stores and do all your school supply shopping online. EPI school supply packs contain all the items and brands our teachers require. Not only is this convenient for you, but it is also a fundraiser for our school. The deadline for orders is June 16.
