About Me: 

I have been teaching for 22 years. At Avoca West I have been teaching 3rd grade for 6 years, prior to 3rd grade I taught 4th grade for 10 years. I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at Illinois State University.  I received my 1st and 2nd Masters' degrees at National Louis University; one in Curriculum and Instruction and the other in Reading Instruction. It's important to me to continue to learn and grow as an educator.
